How to flash Rom Qpad 7 SE
-Download rom and spd flash tool on link below and install driver if you dont have you can
download on link
-Unzip the rom open the spd flash tool load to fine the rom (pac file) wait until it loads complete
-click on download on your tool and remove the battery from the phone put it back again press vol+
and connect your phone via usb to pc , wait until finish .
